Actions¶
Purpose¶
Actions is the Clarity Transform screen for tracking action items. Its subtitle reads: "Trackable action items from risks, issues, lessons learned, meetings, or standalone tasks. Monitor progress, assignees, and completion."
Each action records where it came from in Source Type and Source Id, and who is working on it in Assigned To.
Where to find it¶

Fields¶
The create form (Create new entry) shows three fields first. The edit form (Edit entry) has the same fields, filled in.

- Status: Open, In Progress, Blocked, Completed, Deferred or Cancelled. It starts as Open.
- Notes: help "Progress updates, comments, or additional context".
Select Show all Action fields to see the rest:
- Raised By: help "Person who identified/raised this action".
- Assigned To: help "Person responsible for completing this action".
- Due Date: a date. Help: "Target completion date. Overdue items are highlighted."
- Completed Date: a date. Help: "Date when action was completed".
- Description: help "Detailed description of the action required".
Raised Date and the hidden columns above, including Event Name, Source Type and Priority, are hidden in the form too, so they can't be set there. The form footer has Cancel and Save.
Values¶
Values seen in this build:
- Status: In Progress, Completed, Open. There is no Overdue status.
- Source Type: Risk, Issue, Dependency, Manual, Lesson, Meeting.

Actions¶
The grid uses the standard toolbar: the add icon (tooltip Create New Governance Actions), the edit icon (tooltip Edit Governance Actions), Remove selected, Clear selection, Reload table data, Enable spreadsheet editing, Export CSV and Import CSV. Edit applies to the selected row. Export is CSV only. The grid rows have no row actions.
Filters¶
Each column has a filter row. Text columns offer Contains, Does not contain, Equals, Does not equal, Starts, Ends, Empty and Not empty. Date columns such as Due Date offer Equals, Does not equal, After, Before, Empty and Not empty.
The grid remembers its Search: text, column filters, sort order and page size between visits. If the grid shows fewer rows than you expect, clear the Search: box and the filter row.
